Google

Google or ɢoogle? It may seem the same, but one is the well-known search engine and the other is a fake domain created by a Russian.

How is this possible?? Not bad, If you look, the first letter of ɢoogle may look like a G, but it's really not. This ɢ is, in fact, the Latin version of the lowercase letter G. Visually it is almost identical, but for the computer it is represented by a totally different code, so it can be used to register domains on the Internet.

For only 10 euros per year, A Russian citizen managed to get hold of a domain that is totally misleading, without any problem.

This fake domain has been used to, among other things, distribute content by impersonating Google, as well as to create a replica of the Microsoft page, requesting visitor usernames and passwords.

Google has already acted accordingly. Currently, If we try to visit the domain, shows us a safety warning and is expected to, sooner rather than later, the authorities that regulate the registration of domains on the Internet solve this case.

Since Intec We recommend that you keep an eye on the links you click on and, under no circumstances, enter the domain in case you decide to distribute malware through it.
