Airport

When we travel we relax. We are more focused on looking at the screens with flight schedules or buying that chocolate from the machine than on our privacy. Por eso, We become careless and take a photo posing next to our plane ticket. Gross mistake.

The barcode on tickets contains sensitive information, such as the traveler's personal data, even, payment information.

At the annual The Chaos Computer conference, held in Berlin, two security experts demonstrated to the attendees how, with a simple free app, these barcodes can be read. The security of these codes is very basic and does not pose any difficulty for a person with bad intentions.
