Google has announced that it will no longer “spy on” your Gmail emails to show you advertising.
The scanning system that Google used in Gmail dates back to 2004 and it was already highly questioned among the virtual community. Nevertheless, because at the time there were few alternatives that offered as many advantages as Google did, there was no choice but to use the service “holding your nose”.
But, how will they direct advertising campaigns now? Through their other services, such as searches conducted on Google, views on YouTube, as well as the use of the Android device.
