Malware

A new malware shakes the security of Android devices, it is about CopyCat, which has already infected 14 million devices.

This malware allows cybercriminals to gain access to the system and install advertising on the device to obtain juicy advertising revenue.

And we reiterate the juicy part, since in just 2 months it has managed to generate 1.5 millions of dollars in profit.

Everything indicates that the origin of the infection lies in apps located in third-party stores, since there is no trace of the malware in Google's official store, Google Play.
