In a context where cyberattacks are increasingly common, the latest reports indicate that companies are not investing in improving the information security they manage. It would be natural for investment to increase as cyberattacks rise, but unfortunately, this is not the case.

To put numbers to all of this, while 2 a third of companies suffer cyberattacks, half have stopped allocating a part of their annual budget or have even reduced their investment in cybersecurity.

According to IT managers of the companies, these investment decisions do not succeed due to several reasons. The 41% some managers say the organization does not really know how to prioritize this investment and the 50%, no han sido capaces de implementar completamente la estrategia de ciberseguridad de la compañía.

Aquellas compañías que invierten de forma proactiva en la ciberseguridad de las mismas es más probable que estén protegidas ante el espectacular aumento del número de ciberataques que se está experimentando en estos últimos años y cuyas previsiones no son muy alagüeñas.
