At least 400 customers of the cryptocurrency exchange platform Crypto.com have seen their accounts compromised, according to its CEO.

This incident has resulted in 400 compromised accounts and multiple unauthorized transactions. It took several days for the company to shed light on the matter, apparently the attacks started last week.

According to the company, some 33 millions of dollars have been stolen in various cryptocurrencies. The source of this attack appears to be an issue with the two-factor authentication system.
