The Government has issued this weekend a recommendation to public workers and diplomats to take measures in anticipation of possible cyberattacks, in light of the crisis that has arisen in Ukraine.

These recommended measures include, first of all, changing credentials “as soon as possible” So what, if possible according to the characteristics of the device, turning it off when it is not necessary to be on, such as at night or on weekends.

These measures aim to limit the availability of devices exposed to cyberattacks.

It is not ruled out that Russia might encourage cybercrime groups to launch cyberattacks across the entire European territory. For its part, The FBI has issued similar warnings to American companies.
