Cybercriminals have found in this new world of cryptocurrencies a golden goose and are cashing in. In recent months they have been creating new campaigns to try to scam new victims.

An investigation by the company Proofpoint, which daily blocks half a million emails of this kind, has warned that attackers are focusing on impersonating well-known platforms with the aim of stealing credentials and requesting currency transfers.

Through the emails, users are redirected to fraudulent login pages to steal access data.
