At the end of October, a cyberattack was detected at the Judicial Neutral Point, the telecommunications network that connects the different judicial bodies with other State institutions and is managed by the CGPJ itself.

According to early investigations, it has been used by the attackers to access other public institutions, and no data related to judicial proceedings or other information held by the Courts has been compromised in the attack.

Upon detecting the incident, the CGPJ informed the State Administration Cybersecurity Operations Center and also the National Cryptologic Center to coordinate the corresponding investigation and mitigation measures.

At last, también se han notificado los hechos a la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
