Workers of the British airline have been victims of a data breach that has exposed personal information. This time the problem has been with one of the airline's providers, which is responsible for payroll management.

The software used by this provider had a critical software vulnerability that facilitated unauthorized access by cybercriminals. The malicious actors obtained information such as social security numbers, Wages, contact details, and bank account numbers.

Other companies have been affected, also, by this incident. For the moment, it is not clear who is behind this attack. Por ahora, no extortions against the victims have been detected.
