The website of Bazan Group, the operator of Israel's largest refinery, is inaccessible from most of the world as a result of an attack in which the attackers claim to have breached the group's computer systems.

During the weekend, the group's technicians have been imposing geographic restrictions to try to mitigate the attack. For its part, the attackers have published the progress of their attack on a channel of the Telegram app, taking responsibility for it.

For its part, several screenshots of the software used to operate the plant's control systems have been leaked. The criminals claim that they managed to enter through one of the company's firewalls.

The authors also previously attacked several petrochemical plants in the area and several train stations, all through industrial servers.
