The current situation has led more and more people to make a large number of purchases on Amazon. Cybercriminals are aware of this and from time to time there are new waves of attacks trying to illicitly obtain money and customer data.

Panda Security, a well-known antivirus company, has recently detected a new wave of Phishing attacks in which scammers impersonate Amazon, one of the largest online stores in the world, with the intention of obtaining the victim's banking information. This wave will coincide with the popular 11 of the 11 and Black Friday.

The pretext to request it is a juicy discount on the 25% next purchase and, for this, le solicitan a la víctima “confirmar” la cuenta de Amazon.
