In recent days a vulnerability has come to light that is causing headaches for millions of system administrators as they see that servers are vulnerable to remote attacks. A severe security flaw that can be easily exploited.

Currently some 100 devices actively scanning for ways to exploit this vulnerability, also named Log4J or LogJam. It takes this name because it affects a Java library called Log4j, developed by Apache. This library is widely used in cloud services, such as those of the popular game Minecraft.

Apache has already released a patch to mitigate this vulnerability, on its official website.
