The first indications point out that the author of the attack is the Guacamaya Group and that they themselves can download the stolen information, upon prior request to the group, that requests personal data and for what they want that information.

One of the cybersecurity specialists who has this information directly from the group, he claims that any revelation to the general public could directly put people at risk. The causes of the leak may be the lack of server sanitation protocols and pending updates.

The Guacamaya group has also previously obtained information from the National Police of El Salvador, the General Command of Military Forces and the Army of Peru.
