SpyCloud, a cybercrime analytics provider, has published a study in which it reports that researchers discovered a total of 721,5 millions of exposed credentials during the past year 2022.

The report reveals another worrying figure: the 72% of the users whose credentials were compromised last year, are still using those passwords. This opens the door to more cyberattacks, the theft of even more information and the creation of identity fraud accounts.
